When mailing in your payment, make sure to write your loan number on the check or money order and send your payment to:

Registering your Loan Account

Is this your first time using online payments? When registering, use the original loan number from your closing even if you have a new number.

You will need to move the slider to “Yes” when you see: “Don’t have your new loan number? Select “YES” to use your old loan number” In the unlikely event that you are unable to register, your loan is still being boarded with our servicing division. Feel free to try back in a few days.

Update HOI Declarations pages

A borrower or agent can update their HOI Declaration pages by emailing them to [email protected] or by uploading them directly using this link.
