Frank Razi

Frank is an accomplished, dynamic and engaging business leader and Air Force veteran with 20 years of experience driving sales and operational strategies throughout the mortgage and lending industry. Most recently Frank served as a Director with the US Department of Housing and Urban Development / Federal Housing Administration leading a team of professionals responsible for insuring FHA loans, performing appraisal quality reviews and condo reviews in the Western US jurisdiction. Prior to HUD, Frank was the SVP of Specialty Lending for a large IMB serving as the organizations SME on Non QM. Frank transformed the business by building and launching a pricing analysis tool, delineating guidelines and matrices to identify gaps in competitor products and pricing, and leading the sales, operational and credit staff dedicated to Non QM production.

Having served in various roles in the Industry; Loan Officer, Account Executive, Operations Manager, Sales Manager, Compliance and Risk leader, Loan Administration, Product Development… Frank has a unique perspective which allows him to make thoughtful decisions for the organization while always remembering we are ALL in this together for the borrower and their dream of Homeownership.
